On Wednesday, Oct. 26, the fast-casual restaurant Pimento’s Kitchen + Market will open in East Memphis for breakfast, lunch and dinner at 6450 Poplar Ave.
The concept is the sister store to the locally owned Holiday Deli and Ham Co. restaurants. Customers can expect a fresh look, including different branding and a modern, updated atmosphere. In addition, the new concept will make their meals in-house, with a focus on quality, healthy dishes.
The menu includes items like egg dishes, sandwiches, fresh entrees and signature sides, along with fresh smoothies and local beer.
Pimento’s will be open Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. In addition to dining, Pimento’s will also offer catering packages.
