Developer Loeb Properties announced Tuesday a construction timeline, revealed the hotel brand it will be working with and unveiled architectural renderings — which can be viewed above. It also hinted at a probable name.
Construction on the project is scheduled to begin by November, making way for the hotel to open in the first quarter of 2020, according to a release from Loeb.
The 109-room hotel will be part of Marriott International Inc.'s Tribute Portfolio, the release said. Tribute Portfolio hotels are designed to be bold and completely unique, according to the hospitality giant's website.
