Inside, visitors will find a bar filled with authentic, Memphis memorabilia.
What’s popular: Though the entire menu is worth sampling, the chopped pork sandwich is king at the Bar-B-Q Shop. Sandwiches here come wedged between slices of buttery Texas toast.
