First, it was Paulette’s (a French/Hungarian restaurant that’s now on Mud Island). Then, it was Schweinehaus, with German food and big steins. Then, it was Stanley BBQ.
Later this year, the spacious white building in Overton Square will be something entirely new: an upscale “Southern-inspired” restaurant founded by Edward Bogard and co-owned by Lionel Hollins and Preston Butts. Yes, that Lionel Hollins. (!!)
