The Memphian, a boutique hotel located in Midtown Memphis' Overton Square, is set to open this spring as a member of the Marriott Tribute Portfolio.
The project features 106 guest rooms including 9 suites in its 73,523 square feet of space, as well as two on-property food and beverage outlets, the neighborhood's only full-service coffee shop, a 24-hour state-of-the-art exercise studio, curated retail experience, and rooftop event space.
