MEMPHIS, Tenn. (localmemphis.com) - A local duo is bringing a new fine-dining restaurant to Overton Square, in the space that housed Bar Louie. Construction on “Porch & Parlor” is expected to begin within the next month.
Bar Louie closed up shop earlier this year, leaving the corner space at Cooper and Madison empty.
