Headed to a music or culture festival in Memphis? COVID-19 guidelines to know before you go.

The next few weeks in Memphis will be filled with a variety of music and cultural  festivals and other seasonal events.

Given the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, a number of these events have announced additional health and safety measures, while some have changed schedules and locations, and others have canceled events or portions of their programming.

Here is a look at some of this season's festivals and their COVID-19 guidelines.

Latin Fest

Sept. 25, Overton Square

Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month, Latin Fest 2021 is a family-oriented festival that provides a place to gather with family and friends to listen and dance to live Latin music, taste Latin food and drinks, as well as enjoy crafts for kids, vendors and fun for everyone in an open social space.

The outdoor festival encourages patrons to wear masks and sanitize their hands as often as possible. There will be several hand sanitizing stations throughout the festival footprint.

Latin Fest  asks guests to do their part in social distancing at least 6 feet away from others not in their group and to be courteous about following event protocols.
